Main challenges
- Work with very busy future bride and groom, sometimes having different views and requirements about the wedding organization.
- Special texts for the wedding invites.
- Requirements about the official ceremony to be held on the parking lot of the Praktiker store.
- Guests pulling out last moment and others showing at the reception even though they have originally declined.
- Catering organization issues was about to delay the official ritual.
How we solved them
- Regular meetings and talks with the future bride and groom.
- Preparation and execution of meetings in convenient times and locations for the clients.
- Long negotiations with Praktiker until reaching the target set by the clients.
- Instant reaction to last moment changes in the reception participants issue both from Inanna and the restaurant personnel and the guests were accommodated.
- We provided emergency assistance to the colleagues with regards to the catering organization issues and managed to be ready on time for the official ritual.
