Main challenges
- The couple lives permanently in France.
- The wedding concept and restaurant requirements changes a couple of times in the organization process.
- Lots of children among the wedding guests.
- Heavy rain on the wedding day – just before the welcome drink and the reception start.
How we solved them
- Regular skype calls and emails in convenient time for the bride and groom.
- Long conversations to prioritize between the requirements and the nice-to-haves.
- Tough negotiations with the restaurant manager regarding the wedding requirements.
- 3 babysitters who spoke French and an animator.
- Prompt reaction of the wedding agent as all as the restaurant to the pouring rain, salvaging the welcome drink and moving it inside and ensuring a wonderful celebration.
